Schools

The Hendreds Church of England Primary School, to give it its full title, has been on its present site since 1967, following a move from what is now Snells Hall. The school is 'Voluntary Aided', which means that general running costs are paid by the Local Education Authority or LEA, but building improvements and maintenance are funded by the Church.
